People view statistic in many different ways. Generally, it is considered to be a subject that deals with percentage, chart, graph, averages, and tables. Some people think that Statistics is a subject consisting of rules, methods, and technique of collecting and presenting a large amount of numerical information. While other people think that it is a subject of making inference about their population on the basis of sample information. The word statistic which comes from Latin word status, meaning a political state, originally mean information useful to the state, for example, information about the sizes of the population and armed forces.
